For over 20 years, I have been a resident of Kruszyn. My children went to school here. My wedding guests celebrated at the hall in Brzeźnik. I have been working for this Municipality for 25 years. I am part of the municipal community. I know the opportunities, but also the challenges facing our Municipality. I am here every day—not only before elections.
I know our Residents, the employees of municipal schools, activists and leaders of local communities... I am not talking about launching Youth Volunteer Fire Brigades, because they are already operating. I know that for years we have been obtaining external funding and implementing programmes such as “Laboratories of the Future”, “An Open Mind Is Your Chance for Development”, “School Sports Club”, “A Lower Silesian Knows How to Swim” and many others. I know what activities we have prepared for seniors, who learned how to use a computer, provide first aid and ballroom dance, and went to the theatre and philharmonic.
I know how local government operates. My programme contains the municipality’s statutory objectives, because this is precisely what the wójt’s role is to do. I gained my experience over the past years, because for me this is not a path to a career—it is a conscious choice of hard daily work.
Work for which I am prepared.
