The incident occurred on 27 March. Firefighters from Tomaszów Bolesławiecki:
(…) at 5:44 p.m., we were dispatched to open an apartment in Lubków.
In addition to the firefighters from Tomaszów, firefighters from Warta Bolesławiecka and a police patrol also took part in the operation. As we managed to establish, the services were alerted by a man who was concerned that he had not seen his neighbour for two weeks. He feared that something bad had happened to the neighbour in question.
However, no one was injured. The neighbour has in fact been staying elsewhere for some time.
