       11.2) on consenting to granting, free of charge and without a tender for a period of 10 years, the right to use a developed property designated as plots no. 201 and 199/30, located at 14 Michała Kutuzowa Street, and a developed property designated as plot no. 565, located at 28/29 Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec,
       11.3) on consenting to concluding an indefinite-term lease agreement without a tender for a property owned by the Urban Municipality of Bolesławiec,
       11.4) on consenting to granting a discount on the sale price of residential units no. 2, no. 3 and no. 4, located in the building at 4 Ogrodowa Street in Bolesławiec,
       11.5) on giving the internal road the name Jaworowa,
       11.6) on giving the internal road the name Cedrowa,
       11.7) on amending the Long-Term Financial Forecast of the Urban Municipality of Bolesławiec,
       11.8) on changes to the city budget for 2024,
       11.9) on a complaint against the Director of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Bolesławiec,
