At the convention of Piotr Roman’s Forum Miasta Electoral Committee of Voters, several surprises were prepared. The candidates for councillors sang the song “Tolerance” together, accompanied by a guitar played by President Piotr Roman.

– A lot has been done, but even more lies ahead of us – said Piotr Roman. – My team includes experienced people, but also young people. I especially thank the young people for stepping outside their comfort zone to build our Bolesławiec community – the president added.

The demands of Piotr Roman’s committee for Bolesławiec include:

  • Construction of four roundabouts: Lubańska/Garncarska; Dolne Młyny/Wróblewskiego; Bolesława Chrobrego; Cieszkowskiego/Modłowa
  • A new bicycle path at Bohaterów Getta connecting the city centre with the skate park
  • A new city park between Murarska and Zygmunta Augusta streets
  • A municipal mental-training centre
  • A linear park on Jeleniogórska Street
  • A sports-field complex in the Kwiatowe housing estate
  • A Municipal Intimate Care Centre for Women
  • New parking spaces and new car parks near Jana Pawła II, Primary Schools No. 1 and 3, and the secondary school
  • Planting more than 773 trees and creating flower meadows
  • Electric buses and free public transport
  • A new nursery and a playground for children with disabilities
  • A dog activity park
  • Reconstruction of the power plant on the Bóbr
  • International cooperation for children and young people
