On Saturday, 16 March, the parade ground of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów filled with soldiers of the Voluntary Basic Military Service of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade and the 34th Armored Cavalry Brigade, who stood in formation to jointly recite the words of the Military Oath.

The Świętoszów unit about the ceremony:

The ceremony began with a report on readiness to commence the ceremony marking the military oath of DZSW soldiers, submitted to the deputy commander of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade, Col. Dariusz BIELECKI, by the ceremony commander, Lt. Col. Janusz Fajger.

After the national flag was raised, the most important moment of the ceremony followed—the oath-taking. Eight distinguished soldiers had the honor of taking the oath on the colors.

And adds: “During the ceremony, the deputy commander of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade and a representative of the commander of the 34th Armored Cavalry Brigade presented letters of congratulations to the soldiers who achieved very good results during basic training. The distinguished soldiers had the honor of stepping out of formation and receiving congratulations surrounded by their loved ones.

Col. Dariusz Bielecki addressed those attending the ceremonial assembly, thanking parents for patriotic upbringing and commanders for their great commitment and professional approach to training. He wished the soldiers taking the oath success in their professional military service. He also emphasized that the unit’s gates are always open to them.
