The project will be carried out under a “design and build” formula. The playground will be divided into five zones: sports, educational, musical, toddler and relaxation.
It provides further details:
The sports zone will include a rope climbing structure, inclusive trampolines and a small field for team games. The educational zone will feature sets of educational and tactile panels, a drawing board and a sensory path. The musical zone will consist of a set of outdoor musical instruments. The toddler zone, with space for strollers, will include sets of inclusive sandboxes and inclusive swings (a basket swing and a pendulum swing). Swings (pendulum and balance), hopscotch and the “Imitate Me” game will be located in the play zone.
Contractor: Civil Construction from Pabianice. Cost: PLN 826,965. The construction is co-financed by the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in the amount of PLN 542,120.
The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of April this year.
