Independence Street swept away. Which councillor will deal with it?

Independence Street in Bolesławiec has been thoroughly cleaned. A reader sent in photos and wrote:

After the street sweeper passed, pieces of asphalt were torn out. Independence Street has been forgotten by God and the authorities. Perhaps the electorate living here is not the one it should be?

Independence Street is a municipal street and electoral district no. 3. In 2018, the following candidates from this district ran for and were elected to the City Council: Andrzej Żuk (Piotr Roman), Stanisław Wiącek (Ziemia Bolesławiecka), Mirosław Sakowski (Platforma), Damian Sawczak (Piotr Roman), Jadwiga Stachów (PiS) and Maciej Małkowski (Impuls).

Will any councillor deal with this before the elections? If so, who will be the quickest?
