The county dismissed Andrzej Rudziński from his position as head of the Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych. The reason? At the end of November 2006, without informing the county office, Rudziński retired (and then suspended his pension). The problem was that on December 1 he was rehired by... the then deputy headmaster. And he continued, as if nothing had happened, to perform the duties of head of ZSE. What is more, in May 2007 he won another competition for the position of head of the “electronics school.”

“In this entire situation, the most important thing for me is that the school is functioning well. Nothing happened that would undermine the legality of the classes being held,” Dariusz Kwaśniewski, a member of the Bolesławiec County Board, told the IstotneInformacje.pl portal.

The matter only came to light in the summer of that year. “The dismissal of the head was not up for discussion,” Kwaśniewski stresses. “However, we tried to carry out the process in such a way that teachers, students and their parents would feel it as little as possible.”

Rudziński asked for his employment relationship to be terminated. The County Board accepted his request. Andrzej Leśniewski currently performs the duties of head of ZSE.Andrzej Leśniewski.
