The investment is named “Construction of thirteen multi-family residential buildings with underground garages, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, to be carried out in 9 stages” and is to be located on a property on Tadeusz Kościuszko Street—the site of a former ceramics plant.

The planned investment includes the construction of thirteen multi-family residential buildings on an area of 3.94 hectares, with a total of at least 450 and no more than 610 apartments.

In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned act, administrative activities are under way to conduct the procedure and prepare a draft of the relevant resolution.

Let us recall that there had previously been a plan to build a housing estate on Modłowa Street, on the site of the former Piaskowiec, which we wrote about in the article What about the housing estate on Modłowa Street in Bolesławiec. However, the city council did not adopt a resolution on the location of that investment, and it is highly unlikely that the earlier idea will be implemented.
