“Human Beast” Shot a Crow. The Bird Lost an Eye. “What Goes Through Someone’s Head to Do Such Horrible Things”

Crow. A patient from Zgorzelec, found on Kościuszki Street, admitted probably with a wing injury; at first glance, we suspected a fracture. During the examination and after an X-ray was taken, it turned out that this was not an injury caused by an accidental animal mishap.

The center adds: – Unfortunately, the bird was shot with an air rifle, with a pellet, by a human beast. As a result, the young crow lost an eye and has a serious wing injury; it will probably never be able to return to the wild! Keep your fingers crossed for it! And we thank Ms. Marta from the Marvet Veterinary Clinic for her professional help and care for our animals.

And adds:

We do not know what goes through someone’s head to do such horrible things. We are lost for words… We ask you for support so that we can help every animal that needs rescuing.
