Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of the Bolesławiec Police noticed a vehicle known to them on one of the city’s streets on Monday morning. The District Police Headquarters explains:
A week earlier, the car had been driven by a 29-year-old man who had been banned from driving by the District Court in Bolesławiec in 2022.
It adds: – Yesterday, a Bolesławiec resident was also behind the wheel. The man was arrested in connection with the offence he had committed.
The offender faces up to five years in prison.
