– “We want to create what is known as modern obstetrics and gynecology in the department. In keeping with the times, we want to introduce modern standards of conservative and surgical treatment in the department,” says Dr. Krzysztof Kalinowski, head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec.

– “As part of the gynecology department, we want to offer a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including minimally invasive surgical techniques such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, or the vaginal approach,” adds Dr. Filip Łukasik, deputy head of the department.

– “Our hospital outpatient clinic will be staffed by department physicians. We will provide outpatient monitoring there for pregnant patients as well as those requiring gynecological care. We would like to introduce anesthesia during childbirth, which, in light of the latest medical knowledge, should be standard. This is what we are striving for, and we are working closely with the anesthesiology team to achieve this goal in the future—for the benefit, of course, of our patients,” says Filip Łukasik.
