As part of the project, TBS will build two four-storey residential buildings (ground floor and three upper floors), each containing 22 units.
A total of 44 apartments will be built: 6 one-room apartments with an area of approximately 29 sq m, 32 two-room apartments ranging from 41 to 55 sq m, and 6 three-room apartments ranging from 72 to 78 sq m. The area around the buildings will be developed to include a recreational space and an above-ground car park with 60 spaces. Each unit will include a storage room and a balcony or terrace.
The contractor for the work is Sigma Sp. komandytowa from Bolesławiec. The costs amount to PLN 12,880,900. The project is being financed from the TBS Company's own funds, a loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, funds provided by Bolesławiec City Municipality from the Subsidy Fund, and contributions from future tenants. Tenants' share of the construction costs was set at PLN 2,000 per square metre of apartment area.
The work is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
