The assistance came from road police officers who, despite the extreme weather conditions and the difficult situation of the people travelling on the motorway, made them feel “exceptionally safe” through their conduct. We are pleased to have such police officers among our ranks.
As the grateful couple stated in their letter addressed to the officers:
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Senior Aspirant Tomaszowi Kubiczowi and Senior Constable Piotrowi Lampartowi (…). Their conduct and professionalism in providing assistance, especially in highly adverse weather conditions (a snowstorm), made a great impression on us. The personal culture of these gentlemen also made us feel safe in these extreme conditions for us.
Words of this kind, always addressed to Lower Silesian police officers, bring immense joy and motivate them to provide even better service, including helping those who need it.
