Over the past weekend, Bolesławiec police officers detained a 29-year-old woman who caused a disturbance and damaged property while at the Bolesławiec Emergency Department.
Police Headquarters:
The intoxicated woman was receiving care from medical staff in Bolesławiec. At one point, the 29-year-old began causing a disturbance and deliberately damaged hospital property worth PLN 3,000.
At the time of her arrest, the woman had more than 1.5 per mille of alcohol in her system.
Officers:
The case involving the Ukrainian citizen was heard by a Bolesławiec court under expedited proceedings, based on material prepared by officers of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. After sobering up, the 29-year-old was charged with intentionally damaging property.
By court decision, the woman was ordered to compensate for the damage. In addition, the defendant will face financial consequences.
