Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman shared the amount included in the city’s draft budget: it exceeds 340 million zlotys.
– I signed the draft budget for 2024 – Piotr Roman told istotne.pl Piotr Roman. – This is the result of the work of a great many people, and I will put it this way: it is an absolutely record-high budget, exceeding 340,000,000 zlotys. We are reducing debt, taking on no new liabilities, and keeping fees unchanged, including waste collection fees; we are also maintaining free public transport. There are other elements as well: for example, the property tax for residents and the tax on land are not increasing. But the most important thing for me, or one of the most important things, apart from the fact that we managed to create this budget, is the 116,000,000 zlotys allocated for investments—this is an incredible amount. 116,000,000 zlotys for 45 projects – the Bolesławiec mayor added, inviting everyone to the budget presentation, when he will provide more details.
