The boards are set up at many points around the city. Electoral committees and the candidates themselves could put up posters on them before the election. Although a week has already passed since the vote, the city still has not removed the boards. Posters are falling off them and lying scattered across lawns and streets.
Apparently, city mayor Piotr Roman is not bothered by such disorder in the streets.
