The Mayor of Nowogrodziec signed a notarial deed concerning the sale of a plot with a total area of 10.2740 ha.
Municipal officials: – The undeveloped property, consisting of three plots, is located within the Wykroty area, Nowogrodziec Municipality, within the Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone for Small Businesses, in the Nowogrodziec Subzone. In accordance with the spatial development plan (...), the property is intended for investment projects.
They add: – The price of the property obtained in the tender was PLN 9,572,548.80 (gross).
