The incident took place on Tuesday, October 3, after 2:00 p.m., in Osła. The driver of a VW Golf, a 23-year-old woman from Polkowice County, failed to yield the right of way to a Peugeot driven by a resident of Bolesławiec County.
The collision resulted in injuries to an 88-year-old Peugeot passenger, also a resident of our county. The elderly woman was taken to hospital.
Officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
