Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested a man suspected of domestic violence. The Bolesławiec police headquarters reported: – The 44-year-old mentally and physically abused his wife. He repeatedly started arguments, called her names and insulted her, and restricted the woman’s contact with her family. He also used physical violence, hitting and shaking her.
The resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality was arrested and brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec. He was placed under police supervision and banned from approaching or contacting the victim.
The abuser faces up to five years in prison.
