Armored brigade:

The skills assessment began at 7:30 a.m. with a theoretical test covering knowledge of regulations, tactics, the principles of soldiers’ conduct, the tactical and technical data of equipment, medical training and many other subjects essential for further service.

And adds: – During the next stage, the volunteers took a practical examination in which instructors assessed their level of training. The tactical course included preparing a firing position in the prone position, loading a magazine, throwing a grenade, putting on a gas mask in accordance with the required standard, navigating the terrain using a compass, providing first aid to an injured person, using communications equipment, and crossing terrain by crawling. The most important part of the examination was completing training firing exercise No. 2 at appearing targets.

The uniformed officers explain: – For most cadets, basic training is their first contact with the military. The examination was an opportunity for them to demonstrate and test their skills. The most important day lies ahead of them – taking the oath on the brigade standard!
