A resident of Czerna threatened to set fire to a house and take his own life. Unofficial information indicates that the man may have doused the property with gasoline. He threatened to commit suicide. The would-be suicide victim was subdued by police. We will return to this case.

On September 17, Bolesławiec police officers received a report concerning a man who was threatening to set himself and a garage on fire. A police patrol detained the man. The resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality was then placed under the care of a medical team and transported to a specialist hospital.
