We wrote about the matter in the article Night-time intervention outside Alibi club in Bolesławiec. Police came to Alibi club on Masarska Street twice: first in connection with loud music being played at the club, and the second time following a report of a fight.

On the night of September 1–2, we received two reports concerning Masarska Street in Bolesławiec. The first came after 1:00 a.m. Police officers were at the scene, but did not confirm the report concerning loud music. However, in view of the report, we are carrying out explanatory proceedings in a case involving an offence, in order to determine whether the activity conducted at the premises on Masarska Street is causing a disturbance of the night-time quiet.

The next report, after 2:00 a.m., concerned a fight. Three police patrols were dispatched to the scene. The officers established that a young man had been struck by one person. The injured party was informed of the possibility of filing a report.
