Masked thief robbed Father Kaproń during Mass. He escaped down the building’s drainpipe

This is how Father Artur Kaproń described the theft on Facebook:

Yesterday, i.e. on 23 August 2023, a burglary took place at the parish house during the Holy Mass at 6:00 p.m. The thief climbed up the drainpipe from Klonowa Street at 6:08 p.m. The recording shows him escaping down the drainpipe at the back of the parish house at 6:16 p.m. The thief appears in the recording at 1:06 of the film, masked, and escapes in the direction of Klonowa or Parkowa Street. I suspect that he removed the mask from his face and his gloves, perhaps also his sweatshirt or trousers. However, I suspect that he did not remove his shoes (and they are distinctive). If anyone saw a boy dressed like this at that time and could help identify the perpetrator of the theft, please get in touch. A cash reward is offered for help in apprehending the thief.

Father Artur Kaproń once worked at the basilica in Bolesławiec. He is known for his passion for bodybuilding. He competed in many events until the diocesan curia took notice and reacted rather unfavourably. The priest is praised by many parishioners.
