Bolesławiec municipality reported on the celebration:
As befits a birthday, there was a cake, good wishes, gifts, reminiscences and loved ones.
Officials added: – Mrs Zofia has 6 children, 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. We hope to meet more family members in the coming years, because the jubilarian’s daughter revealed that on her 90th birthday Mrs Zofia wished for 100 years of life, and today, as she blew out her birthday candles, she doubled that number.
