We have new visualizations of the water park being built on Spacerowa Street in Bolesławiec. The contractor is ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana, which became a sponsor of the 29th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival. – We are pleased that we can support the local community and tradition at its finest. During the festival, we plan to show visualizations of the new swimming complex and conduct a 3D virtual tour of the designed facility – says Marcin Tryka, project manager at ALSTAL.

The project is being carried out under a “design and build” contract, and its value is nearly 58 million zlotys. ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana:
The project involves redeveloping the existing outdoor swimming pool area in Bolesławiec, giving it a new appearance and attractions. The total area covered by the project is 23,991 m2. It will include, among other things, a recreational pool with a wet-bubble attraction, a brine pool with a graduation tower, and a children’s paddling pool and water playground featuring numerous water attractions for the youngest visitors. The designed pools will have a combined water surface area of nearly 1,900 m2.

The project also provides for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of new buildings with a total usable area of approximately 1,692 m2. They will contain ticket offices and administrative facilities, a food-service area, as well as staff, storage and technical rooms. The agreement also includes access roads and a car park for 154 vehicles. The general contractor, ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana, will also develop the entire site, including green areas, outdoor changing rooms and a children’s playground. According to the plan, construction is to take one year, with completion scheduled for May 2024. The total value of the project is PLN 57.99 million.
