The incident occurred on 2 August. Firefighters from Gromadka:
(…) at 6:43 p.m., we were dispatched to a road accident on the Wierzbowa–Pasternik road.
The firefighters add: – Upon arriving at the scene, our actions consisted of securing the scene and providing first aid to the driver of the passenger car.
According to the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters, the Audi driver, a 30-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions. Fortunately, he was not seriously injured.
Firefighters from Gromadka, Wierzbowa, Nowa Kuźnia and Bolesławiec, as well as an emergency medical team and police officers, took part in the operation.
