As reported by the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów, a training session conducted by US Army soldiers took place last week in the brigade’s technical equipment park.
The aim of the exercise? To familiarize participants with the general construction and purpose of tanker trucks.
Military personnel: – Because these vehicles also travel through civilian areas, firefighters familiarized themselves with potential hazards that may arise in the event of a traffic incident involving a tanker, which affects the conduct of rescue and firefighting operations.
The training was attended by soldiers from the Military Fire Service in Świętoszów and firefighters from the Bolesławiec County Headquarters of the State Fire Service, who on the final day conducted training in providing first aid in the event of road accidents.
