At the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów, volunteers taking part in the “Train Like a Soldier” project were ceremonially presented with weapons.

As reported by gov.pl, the aim of the “Train Like a Soldier” project is to provide participants with comprehensive training and build the reserve potential of the Polish Armed Forces:

“Train Like a Soldier” allows volunteers to sign up for 16 days of military training, which will be conducted in a flexible, two-stage format. The first stage consists of two days of familiarization with the unit and the military, while the second is 14 days of training during the summer holidays. Throughout the course, participants will learn basic military skills, including handling weapons and shooting, tactics, terrain orientation, survival in difficult conditions, hand-to-hand combat, communications and the basics of drill.
