The girls belonging to the Zumba Team Joanna Piekarz and Magdalena Kwiatkowska-Korczowska were as hot as a sweltering summer afternoon. In Bolesławiec market square, they danced to several songs in front of the gathered audience and received enthusiastic applause after their performance. Zumba is a complete, licensed training program containing all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle work, balance and flexibility. The choreographies are inspired mainly by Latin dances (salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, soca, samba, tango and flamenco), as well as belly dancing and Quebradita. The Zumba program, with its wide range of different classes, is available to diverse clients: children, adults and seniors. This type of training burns 500 to 1,000 kcal per hour, making it a very good tool for losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight.
