On Friday, June 30, the second stage of construction of the shared pedestrian and bicycle path began. It will connect Bolesławiec with Łaziska. The bicycle path, together with the sidewalk, will run along the road from Bolesławiec toward Łaziska, on the left side (up to the roundabout on the bypass). This is where the trees are being felled.
The Bolesławiec County is responsible for constructing this section (from Bolesławiec to the roundabout on the bypass). The funds for this project come from the Polish Deal.
What about the section of the bicycle path from Łaziska to the roundabout?
The section of the shared pedestrian and bicycle path (from Łaziska to the roundabout on the bypass) is almost finished. The Municipality of Bolesławiec is responsible for its construction. This section will be opened to the public in the second half of July.
