After being registered, the reserve soldiers were issued uniforms and equipped with the necessary gear. The reservists trained using the Świętoszów Brigade’s training facilities and military equipment.
And it adds:
Instructors from the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade conducted fire-training sessions with the reservists, using shooting ranges and the Śnieżnik training simulator, as well as tactical training, during which some of the reservists had the opportunity to take part in crossing a river. In addition, their knowledge of regulations and drill was refreshed.
– During these exercises, I had the opportunity to refresh some information and acquire new skills. The training staff demonstrated extensive knowledge, as well as understanding and patience. The tactical training was particularly interesting to me – said a reserve second lieutenant who works as an engineer on a daily basis, summing up the training.
The Brigade adds: – It should be emphasized that the main purpose of short-term exercises is to maintain and improve reserve soldiers’ skills in carrying out tasks related to their mobilization assignments.
