Students of the I Władysław Broniewski General Secondary School took part in activities organized under the auspices of Nadleśnictwo Bolesławiec, during which they planted several thousand trees in the village of Łaziska. These include firs, oaks and beeches.
The young people hope that one day they will see the results of their work. As foresters assure us, in 20–30 years those who planted this 40-are forest will be able to gather mushrooms here with their children.
The aim of this type of activity is to promote the idea of increasing forested areas.
