The project was financed from the budgets of Bolesławiec County and the Bolesławiec Rural Municipality. The value of the project was nearly half a million złoty. As part of the works, a company from Jelenia Góra laid more than 2 kilometres of new road surface from Otok to Kraszowice. Representing the county office at the acceptance of the works were County Head Cezary Przybylski, Deputy County Head Stanisław Chwojnicki and employees of the County Roads Authority.
