Doctor Jacek Olesiński, a well-known Bolesławiec psychiatrist and longtime employee of the Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill, has died. He was 52 years old.

The funeral Mass will be held in the cemetery chapel in Bolesławiec on Tuesday, April 25. The service will begin at 12:00 p.m.. The coffin will be brought into the chapel at 11:30 a.m..
Jacek Olesiński graduated from the Medical Academy in Wrocław. He worked at the Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill in Bolesławiec. He was head of the Forensic Psychiatry Department. He also completed a four-year comprehensive psychotherapy course at the Department of Psychiatry of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków. He had run a private medical practice since 1998.
