We are a manufacturer of energy-efficient homes, which are becoming increasingly popular both in Poland and around the world. How is a modular home built?
The building’s load-bearing structure consists of steel module frames (standard dimensions: 6 m x 3 m). The module frames are filled with a wooden grid made of C24 structural timber, with insulation adapted to the requirements for an all-year-round home under WT2021.
We build the home at our production facility. We transport the finished modules, with doors and glazing installed, to the customer. On-site assembly usually takes 2 days.
The customer receives a home that is completely finished on the outside. We leave the interior walls in a plasterboard finish. All our buildings are suitable for year-round use. The low heat-transfer coefficients of the walls make our homes energy-efficient.
