On Saturday, March 18, the runner-up in the western group of the IV league, Prochowiczanka Prochowice, visited the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street in Bolesławiec. The match between BKS, fighting to avoid relegation from the IV league, and the table’s runner-up therefore promised to be extremely exciting. Especially since two weeks earlier, Bolesławiec had stopped the league leaders, Karkonosze Jelenia Góra, at the stadium in Bolesławiec, drawing 1–1.

Considering the result against KSK, many Bolesławiec supporters probably hoped for a good Saturday football spectacle. After what Sebastian Tylutki’s team showed today, one can certainly say: This is exactly the BKS we want to watch!

It was a fast-paced, hard-fought match in which nobody held back. Both teams tried to open the scoring, and in the 19th minute BKS succeeded: after a goal by Maciej Szewczyk, they took the lead. The visitors equalised 10 minutes later with a shot by Dawid Waksmudzki. Before the referee sent both teams into the break, Prochowiczanka’s goalkeeper once again had to retrieve the ball from the net, but the referee disallowed the goal for offside. Meanwhile, Tomasz Hajduczek was doing everything he could in the BKS goal. The goalkeeper repeatedly made effective saves to prevent Bolesławiec from conceding.

After the teams changed ends, supporters continued to watch a battle on the pitch and fast play from both sides. While the first half could be considered even, the second slightly favoured BKS. However, they had to wait until stoppage time for the winning goal. Then, in the penultimate attack of the match, Jakub Czarnecki scored the goal worth three points. The entire team and the supporters who came to the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street in Bolesławiec on Saturday afternoon celebrated with the young player. BKS – Prochowiczanka Prochowice 2–1 (1–1).
