Bolesławiec City Hall reminds residents of the obligation to pay fees for the perpetual usufruct of land owned by the Municipality of Bolesławiec, as well as fees resulting from the transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct of land developed for residential purposes into ownership of that land.
It adds:
Annual fees must be paid by 31 March of each year in advance, without prior notice. More information can be obtained by calling 75 645 65 08.
