Mama Agnieszka was sent to detention on charges that provoke aggression among fellow inmates. According to the woman, her safety was not ensured there.
“I feel as if something inside me has died,” Mrs. Agnieszka says in the report about what she experienced in detention.
The words of a fellow inmate about what the prisoners did to Mrs. Agnieszka are also shocking. “What I know for sure is that she was beaten and her arm was broken,” the inmate says in the report. The detainee also heard them shouting at Mrs. Agnieszka: hang yourself, b****, and die, b****.
Attorney Wojciech Kasprzyk, Mrs. Agnieszka’s legal representative, comments on the case.
“The report will show a polygraph examination and an interview with a prisoner who will describe what happened to my client at Kleczkowska,” says Wojciech Kasprzyk. “It is a report about how much harm can be done to a person by placing them in pretrial detention too quickly, without having complete documentation concerning the case, including the lack of an opinion from an expert gynecologist,” the attorney adds.
