As the Świętoszów-based 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade reported yesterday:

The 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade is currently accepting candidates for Voluntary Basic Military Service.

More and more people are tying their future to the military

As the gov.pl website reported at the end of December last year:

We are continuously conducting recruitment and want to train as many people as possible so that they know how to behave, for example, in a crisis situation. We have simplified the system for joining the military by creating Military Recruitment Centers. We introduced a new type of service – Voluntary Basic Military Service. This service is intended for volunteers who complete 28 days of basic training and then 11 months of specialist training. Since the Act on the Defence of the Homeland entered into force, nearly 20,000 applications for Voluntary Basic Military Service have been submitted. Another factor contributing to the increase in the size of the Polish Armed Forces is the annual increase in the number of places at military universities. In the current academic year, 2022/23, the number of places in military studies at academies in Warsaw, Dęblin, Gdynia and Wrocław increased by 450. All these solutions contribute to the continued growth of the Polish army, the restoration of the reserve system and, consequently, the strengthening of the country's defence system.
