Mayor Piotr Roman issued an order concerning the maximum monthly remuneration of heads and deputy heads of the budgetary units of the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The document states, among other things:
§ 1. The maximum monthly remuneration of the heads of the budgetary units of the Municipality of Bolesławiec is set at: PLN 14,400.00 (in words: fourteen thousand four hundred zlotys) gross.
§ 2. The maximum monthly remuneration of the deputy heads of the budgetary units of the Municipality of Bolesławiec is set at: PLN 12,000.00 (in words: twelve thousand zlotys) gross.
The justification of the aforementioned legal act states:
Pursuant to Article 39(3) of the Act of November 21, 2008, on local government employees, the Mayor of the City is obliged to determine, by order, the maximum monthly remuneration of the heads and deputy heads of budgetary units. Due to the dynamically changing situation on the labor market, affecting the level of remuneration in our region, it became necessary to issue a new order. The said order is given retroactive effect and enters into force as of January 1, 2023. This provision authorizes the Mayor of the City to make pay adjustments with back pay from January 1, 2023.
The order entered into force on the day it was adopted (February 1).
