At the sports hall of I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec, the 21st Integration Christmas Wafer Meeting took place. The event returned after a break caused by the pandemic. Several hundred residents of Bolesławiec County took part in this year’s edition.
There was a shared meal, an artistic programme and Christmas gifts.
The main organisers of the event are Bolesławiec County and the Association of Parents of Children and Young People in Need of Special Care in Bolesławiec. The county authorities emphasise: – All municipalities in the county are involved in the initiative, with invaluable support from school volunteer groups, parishes, social welfare centres, uniformed services, municipal and county institutions, and associations working for people with disabilities.
