The incident occurred on 7 February in the village of Przejęsław. The emergency services were dispatched to a car accident.

The person behind the wheel fainted.
Three fire service units, a medical rescue team and police were at the scene. The police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.

According to the Bolesławiec police, the man fainted behind the wheel and hit a parked car.

Firefighters from the County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec:
(...) after 11:00 a.m., the driver lost consciousness, left the road and hit another car parked in a parking lot. A firefighter from OSP Przejęsław witnessed the incident. After finding that the injured man had no vital signs, he evacuated him from the vehicle and then began external cardiac massage. He continued resuscitation until the units from OSP Przejęsław arrived.
The officers add: – Further actions were carried out by firefighters from fire protection units until the medical rescue team arrived. The man, whose vital functions had been restored, was handed over to the medical rescue team.
