The services are provided by experienced, competent advocates and legal advisers, as well as by a civic adviser.

Free legal aid is available after scheduling an appointment by telephone in advance at: 75 612 17 19, available daily during the following hours:

  • Monday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.,
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.,
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

People who have communication difficulties related to hearing impairment will be provided with the assistance of a sign language interpreter via videoconference when using free legal aid/mediation.

1. Point in Bolesławiec – the seat of the Bolesławiec County Office, 12 Armii Krajowej Street, room no. 4 (ground floor), the point is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Aid is provided on the following days and at the following times:

b. Tuesday to Thursday: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.,

Who is entitled to receive free legal aid?

Free legal services may be used by anyone unable to afford paid legal assistance. Legal services are therefore available to people with disabilities, seniors, homeless people, single mothers, people experiencing violence, those struggling with debt, and others.

The scope of free legal aid includes: family law, labour law, social insurance, administrative matters, tax law, civil matters, criminal matters, tax law, and preparation for starting a business.

Free legal aid also includes free mediation.

A specialist mediation duty, during which a mediation meeting may be held, is provided by advocate Agnieszka Śmigalska at the free legal aid point in Bolesławiec (the seat of the Bolesławiec County Office). Appointments can be made at: 75 612 17 19.
