The incident took place during an argument, the 40-year-old woman stabbed a 46-year-old man – reports Asp. Staff Justyna Bujakiewicz-Rodzeń, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Lubań. – As a result, the injured man was taken to hospital.
Police officers who arrived at the scene detained the 40-year-old woman and another man who was in the apartment at the time. (Both were intoxicated.)

During the subsequent proceedings, the 49-year-old man was released after questioning, while officers brought the female suspect to the Lubań Prosecutor’s Office.
The 40-year-old woman was placed under police supervision, banned from contacting or approaching the injured parties, and prohibited from leaving the country. The woman now faces up to two years in prison.
