The Social Housing Association in Bolesławiec is beginning to accept applications from people interested in renting residential units. The apartments will be built as part of an investment and construction project involving the construction of two multi-family residential buildings on plot no. 80/14 on Zwycięstwa Street in Bolesławiec.
As part of the project, the company will build two four-storey residential buildings (ground floor and three upper floors), each containing 22 units (44 in total) with the following floor areas:
- 3 one-room apartments with an area of approximately 29 m²,
- 32 two-room apartments with an area of 41 to 61 m²,
- 6 three-room apartments with an area of 72 to 78 m².
The area around the buildings will be developed as a recreational space and an above-ground car park. Each unit will include a storage locker and a balcony or terrace.
The investment will be financed from the company’s own funds, a loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, funds transferred by the Municipality of Bolesławiec from the Subsidy Fund, and contributions from future tenants.
The contribution of future tenants to the cost of constructing the apartments has been set at PLN 2,000.00 (two thousand zlotys) per square metre of apartment space.
Future tenants who also contribute to the construction costs of the residential units will be able to apply to purchase the rented units in the future.
