The incident occurred on Sunday (July 4), at around 5:00 p.m., at the Krępnica water reservoir. A 17-year-old resident of Bolesławiec jumped into the water, hit his head on the bottom and lost consciousness. The teenager was taken to a hospital in Bolesławiec. It turned out that the boy had suffered a serious spinal injury. From the Bolesławiec hospital, the teenager was transferred to a hospital in Wrocław.
