As reported by “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”, the United Right government extended the epidemic restrictions until the end of March. Masks are still mandatory in hospitals and pharmacies. The regulation on this matter came into force on New Year's Eve.
The outlet adds:
The extension until 31 March 2023 of the current restrictions, orders and prohibitions is justified—as indicated—by, among other things, the currently recorded number of new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, as well as the number of healthcare services, including hospital care, provided to people with COVID-19, and the situation in other countries, particularly those bordering Poland.
