The suspended investment was discussed at the session by the District Building Supervision Inspector in Bolesławiec, Piotr Żak. The information emerged during a discussion about the condition of buildings and investors’ and building users’ compliance with construction law in Bolesławiec County in 2021. Piotr Żak was asked about the Panattoni company’s hall. The inspector replied that when the war broke out and the crisis began, the work was suspended.
Indeed, nothing has been happening around the completed hall for a long time. We contacted Panattoni for comment on the matter. Here is the response we received:
