Football Academy Bolesławiec raised Football Academy Pomaga 2022 PLN 10,865 during a charity tournament. The money raised was used to purchase an interactive monitor, a tablet and multimedia programs. The equipment purchased complements the furnishings of the therapy room, where activities supporting children’s development are conducted.
– The room was created primarily with children in mind, but also for teachers and therapists seeking additional ways of working with children requiring special education. Among other things, its equipment is intended to increase a child’s motivation to participate in activities. The individual pieces of equipment and multimedia programs are an excellent supplement to traditional therapy methods – says Ewa Szachowicz, director of MPP No. 7.
The presentation of the purchased equipment was attended by Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman, manager of Football Academy Bolesławiec and representative of the “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” Foundation Damian Sawczak, Marek Stefanik of the “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” Foundation Council, head of the Bolesławiec City Hall Education Department Małgorzata Wicha, as well as Laura and Szymon from Kindergarten No. 7, together with therapists – Agnieszka Szewczyk and Żaneta Tylczyńska-Giela.
